Some common problems:

• Reg Code does not work: If you are having problems getting your Reg Code to work on your Palm OS PDAs, download and run ShowName (2.5k).  Then send me the output from that program.
• HotSync User Names: Need Information about Palm's HotSync User ID: see HotSync Info Page.
• Refunds: Generally, refunds are not given due to the fact that all the software can be user tested before purchase.  However, there's always an exception to the rule, so if you feel you should get one, please contact Support@SandsUSA.com.
